We are confident that we will be able satisfy you as a customer with our services. However, if you do become unhappy or you no longer need a web host, we will offer a refund within 30 days of activation of your services with no questions asked.

This policy applies to all our web hosting packages only, this does not include domains or any extra addons such as extra web space or bandwidth etc. Domain Registration with Host Surf UK are non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions

If you wish to request a full refund within 30 days of having your services activated, please submit a ticket to our Billing Department, by loggin in and clicking on submit a ticket. The ticket must be submitted within 30 days to get your full refund. Billing staff will then reply to your ticket to tell you that you have been refunded.
